October - We have 21 lots Under Contract so far and the interest is great. The roads are scheduled to be started November 1st. (Depending on the weather of course.) We are hopeful to have the first townhome ready for viewing in early spring.

September - Prudential Commonwealth Realty hosted
a Corporate tent at a home VMI game. We had huge posters,
site plans and much more information available. It was reuninon
weekend so we had food and drinks and prospective clients picked
our brains good. Debbie, Jody and Chuck were there and did a
great job!! We gave away The Ponds
plastic cups. If you are in town, stop by and get one!

August - Blasting continues. Scrub brush
and trees are being taken out where the roads will be.

July - Blasting has started ( thus the name
Rockbridge County) for the infrastructure
for the public water and sewer.
